The Veronicas wannabes? The next big thing in POP? Whatever label you want to throw on Nervo, you can’t deny they’re a powerhouse of talent with a knack for infectious POP hooks galore! It’s no wonder these Femme Fatale tour openers have the attention of Madonna alongside William Orbit and now Nicole Scherzinger! The ex-doll and X-Factor judge has recorded a demo penned by the girls and it’s getting single release.
“Try With Me” is an electro thumper for the struggling hearts on the dance floor. What starts off as piano driven, guitar strumming, drama-POP is quickly taken to electric heights by the second verse with a bridge that fills you up with the most vulnerable of voices begging you “Don’t say a word, you know that it hurts, cause you know that it hurts, you know that it hurts”… this is SOOO GOOOD!
I have full faith in Nicole on this one, the record is begging for the likes of Scherzinger to take it on, it’s so up her alley! Can’t wait to hear her version but until then, enjoy the immaculate demo by Nervo!
Scherzinger is expected to drop her debut album in the US this November.

I can totally hear Nicole’s voice on this. It feels like a sensible fit after ‘Don’t Hold Your Breath’ and that remix of Enrique’s ‘Heartbeat’ that she included on her original “Killer Love” album
