The Veronicas return with stunning lead single, “You Ruin Me”. Listen now!

Ladies and gentleman, the return of The Veronicas is here.

The Australian sisters known for their bubble-gum brand of flashy POP, responsible for hits such as 2005’s “4ever” and “Everything I’m Not” and 2007’s “Untouched”, return with a striking single that feels more like a nod to the 90’s and 00’s rock balladry of The Verve or Hoobastank than anything found in The Veronicas catalogue and I’m completely okay with that.

“You Ruin Me” includes a melancholic piano-production and top-line that will have you feeling all the feels, toss some strings in for dramatic measure and the final result is simply stunning.

Stream the radio premiere of  “You Ruin Me” below, taken from their upcoming self-titled album, The Veronicas, out soon under Sony Music. Can we all pray to the Remix Gods that we get some tears-on-the-dance-floor realness with this one, it’s begging for some massive makeovers.

There’s also a video teaser for “You Ruin Me” and the production sounds completely different (and still incredible), I wonder if there will be a different mix released as the official single?
