I’m all in my feels right now and find it 100% necessary to share this gem with you all. Jaymes Young dropped one of the most honest records this year with “Feel Something,” throw in a brooding production and some haunting melodies and boom, you’ve got the recipe for perfection.
I’ve honestly never heard vocal chops used so dramatically, who would have thought a vocal chop could be so used so effectively in such an emotional capacity. I’m absolute beside myself with this record, hats off to all involved because I don’t think there’s much material in the singer/songwriter Top 40 realm that hits quite this hard and sounds so polished.
Someone give Jaymes Young and company the GRAMMY already, PLEASE!
