This is what my dreams are made of. Fusing top notch songs from any genre with trance/dance/POP and doing it justice is true brilliance, especially when it’s one of my favorite country songs.
Swab and Joey have revamped the hit 2005 Rascal Flatts cover (originally recorded by Mark Wills in 2003) for “What Hurts The Most” into a stunning dance floor tear jerker. They’ve captured what made the Rascal Flatts version so special and still completely flipped it out with a transcending production. I’m in love with this!
If you remember, Cascada had some success with her dance cover of this tune back in 2007 but her vocals kept the track from being that euphoric version I was looking for.
Buy this tune now via iTunes and on Beatport come November 5th. Keep an eye out and Swab and Joey Mova, these two are signed to Perfecto Records (Armada Music) and I have a feeling they’re going to be unleashing some serious tunes in the coming months.
