Last night, Britney revealed she would like to collaborate with Lady Gaga (watch the clip here) during a 15 minute Saturday Night Online fan Q&A. Hours later, Lady Gaga has taken to Twitter to respond and THIS:

This is a dream collaboration for Gaga, she’s been waiting for this since before her career took off! When I first met Gaga in the summer of 2008, we actually got to talking about Britney Spears (duh, she’s a stan too) and she revealed that she wanted Britney on a remix of “Paparazzi”, she also talked about how she had just finished a track called “Telephone” for Britney which we all know the ending to that one.

Well Britney, looks like the Koons Ball is in your court now… we’re waiting.
