What does it all mean exactly? Well, we’re not really sure but it could be one of the following:

1. Miley inspired some of the lyrics to “Rebel Heart”
2. Miley co-wrote “Rebel Heart”
3. Miley is featured on “Rebel Heart”
4. It has to be one of the above
5. I pray it’s number 3
6. Or number 2

Of course, this isn’t the first time the two famous POP provocateurs have collaborated as Madonna joined Miley for an MTV special in late January of this year.
