I have a thing about LeAnn Rimes and dance music, they seem to fit together perfectly. After years of requesting a dance album from LeAnn Rimes via Twitter (see Tweets below), the country-POP star is about to let it DROP!
Update: LeAnn Rimes confirms that my Twitter heckling did indeed pay off.

I asked in September of 2012…
@leannrimes can you just do a giant electronic dance album already? The world isn’t ready but we would certainly embrace it. — PopOnAndOn (@PopOnAndOn) September 26, 2012
And again in November of 2012…
Hey @leannrimes, how is that electronic dance album coming along? #ImSoSeriousAboutThis #WhoDoITalkTo — PopOnAndOn (@PopOnAndOn) November 29, 2012
And once again in June of 2013…
@leannrimes pop/dance album soon? — PopOnAndOn (@PopOnAndOn) June 30, 2013
And now, we have a brand new remix of “I Need You” by Digital Dog and it’s incredible, the chorus is bliss.
There’s also an Alias remix of her classic hit “Can’t Fight The Moonlight”.
She even let Fear Of Tigers rework her 2011 cut “Help Me Make It Through The Night”, which she performed live on The View.
And finally, we have this:
Dance Like You Don’t Give A… Greatest Hits Remixes
… so yeah, you’re welcome.
