Will.i.am and Bieber team up for “That Power”, an electro-house track with a similar “Scream And Shout” vibe but it’s really nothing like it.

I’m diggin’ this, I don’t love it but it’s not bad by any means. Let’s hope this leak doesn’t push the will.i.am album back until next year now.
