The latest promo single to be lifted from Perry’s forthcoming Prism has been released.

“Walking On Air” is a colorful splash of euro-POP and 90’s dance-house amazingness. Katy keeps true to her formula with a larger than life chorus, it’s an earworm and I dare you to say otherwise. I know most people will listen to this and on first listen write it off as “cheese-POP” and I get it, but the execution is so flawless that I can barely handle it. Katy pulls this off perfectly, I can’t think of many other POP stars that could get away with a song like this in 2013.

To clear any confusion up, this is just a promo single. The second official single from Prism was recently announced and it’s a track titled “Unconditionally”.
