Forget the electro craze of today and let us strip things down a bit with new act Vienna. The Stockholm based band is signed with Universal in Sweden and they’re giving us an earful of blissfully crafted POP.

“Drowning” is an easy listening POP record that will sweep you if you enjoy the sounds of Natalie Imbruglia, The Cranberries, or Donna Lewis. A beautiful arrangement of guitars and strings (oh the strings) accompanied with heartbreaking lyrics, “Drowning” is a grand record of love lost. I know this won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but if you can appreciate a good POP song I think you will find yourself enjoying this one.
