The other night I had the privilege of experiencing Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me” co-writer, Tourist, in the flesh at a private warehouse showcase in Los Angeles. The experience, was beyond my expectations.

I have to admit, I wasn’t exactly too familiar with Tourist going in, I really only knew about his Sam Smith association but that alone was enough to pique my interest. Happy to report, the entire set blew my mind but particularly the new single titled “Holding On” featuring Josef Salvat & Niia.

I can’t really explain the atmosphere of “Holding On” other than an emotionally-charged audio experience, it tugs at the strings of your soul from start to finish. If you’re not completely satisfied, check your pulse.
