By now, you’ve heard 2014 is the Year of (mainstream) Ass.  It’s only fitting that Jennifer Lopez, the First Lady of Nice Bums, has added her contribution with the video premiere of “Booty”, featuring a guest rap from fellow derriere enthusiast Iggy Azalea.

The video for “Booty” is an artistic representation of the plight in the Middle East with Iggy and J.Lo exploring the human condition and a shared concern for the world’s population through the careful use of complex images.

Just kidding, this is about ass, ass, wet hair, and ass. Highlights include a sweaty butt jiggle-off (winner: J.Lo), matching black and white bathing suits (fashion!), J.Lo basically looking like she hasn’t aged in 20 years and some faux-lesbianism thrown in for good measure.  Jennifer Lopez is 45. Iggy Azalea is 24. I don’t understand either, but these are facts.

While the song itself is still a “meh” from me, J.Lo can always bring it in a video and this is no exception.
