Katy Perry teams up with The Sims 3 franchise for an expansion pack which features exclusive Perry outfits and what not. The exciting news here is Katy recording a promo spot which features a track leaked back in late 2010 entitled “Part Of Me” which is sending KatyCats (is that what she calls her fans? I think so…) into a tizzy on the net! It’s rumored the song will be released as the next single which will make it’s official debut on the Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection re-relrelease set for March 13.

I like the song, it sounds like a mix of “Firework” and “The One That Got Away”, total Teenage Dream material here and that’s a good thing! I’m rather living for the bridge in this track, it’s quite the melody. It also sounds like a perfect final farewell to her ex Russell Brand with lyrics like “in fact you can keep everything except for me”.
