Swedish act Mohombi (whom I have never heard of until coming across this record) has worked with everyone from Akon and Nelly to Nicole Scherzinger. Signed under Universal Records with a solo debut already under his belt which dropped in February of this year, Mohombi is returning with a record that samples a particularly extremely popular song.

Now if you’re one not to enjoy the electro-POP stylings of Jason Derulo’s sampling of “Hide And Seek” by Imogen Heap on his breakout smash “Whatcha Say”, then you may not want to play this one.

Mohombi samples the classic “Zombie” by The Cranberries for his new single “In My Head” in what really sounds like Tinie Tempah’s “Written In The Stars” incorporating a “Zombie” sample. At the end of the day Mohombi has a radio hit on his hands that I think MOST of you will enjoy. Listen below!
