18 year-old Aleesia (A-lee-see-ah) was born in a suburb just north of Toronto, Canada. Currently  in the studio recording her debut album, influences include Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys, Beyonce Knowles and Nelly Furtado, and her inimitable style can be described as a mix of POP, dance & r&b.
