It was late in December of 2011 when a friend directed me towards a highly addictive POP song by the name of “Call Me Maybe” (thank you Mr. Bellino!) A then unknown, Carly Rae Jespen wowed me with her  flirtatious lyrics and undeniable meldoies. I was so hooked after the first listen I reached out to her via Twitter and begged for remixes – 100% true story.

4 months later and who would have known the song was going to blow up bananas and remixers/DJs/club goers everywhere would be wanting a piece of little ol’ Carly Rae!

Over the past few weeks I’ve received loads of “Call Me Maybe” remixes and covers, some better than others. I’ve decided to share 5 versions of the song in this post including a cover by a band called A Rocket To The Moon and a brand new mash-up remix by France based Sage Franz which incorporates LMFAO x Archie V x Fareoh alongside Carly in a superb dreamscape dance production.
